Refund Policy
14-Day Return Policy
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. To be eligible:
- Items must be unused and in their original condition
- Must be returned in the original packaging
- Proof of purchase (e.g., order confirmation or receipt) is required
Please note:
Customized or personalized items are final sale, unless there is a clear manufacturing defect. These include name-based, custom colors, or made-to-order products.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, kindly email us at info@thedhikrjourney.com. Once your return is approved, we’ll send you:
- A return shipping label
- Instructions on how and where to send your package
Please do not send any items back before contacting us — unapproved returns will not be accepted.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or if you receive the wrong item, please get in touch with us right away. We may ask for photos to assess the issue and will work with you to make it right, whether that means a replacement or a refund.
Exchanges
Since most of our items are made-to-order or limited in stock, we currently do not offer traditional exchanges. If you'd like a different product, you're welcome to return the original (if eligible) and place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the outcome. If your refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it can take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund on their end.
