Shipping Policy
At The Dhikr Journey, we are committed to excellence, care, and your full satisfaction. We proudly offer worldwide shipping from Canada, and each order contributes to our mission of supporting Palestine.
1. Order Processing Time
Once you've placed your order, our team begins preparing it with care and intention. Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During this time, we carefully pack your items to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully.
2. Shipping Time
Shipping times vary based on your location:
- Canadian & U.S. Orders: Typically arrive within 2–7 business days after dispatch.
- International Orders: Usually take between 5–15 business days, depending on your country and local postal services.
You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is shipped, so you can follow your package on its journey.
FREE shipping is available on all Canadian and U.S. orders over $150 CAD.
3. Order Delays
Due to occasional high order volumes or customs delays, shipping may take a little longer than expected. We appreciate your patience and understanding — rest assured, we're doing everything we can to get your order to you as quickly as possible.
4. Same-Day Dispatch
Whenever possible, we offer same-day dispatch for orders placed early in the day. While not guaranteed, we strive to ship orders promptly.
5. Wrong Address Disclaimer
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the address provided is correct. If you believe you've entered an incorrect address, contact us immediately — we may be able to update it before shipping, though we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.
6. Undeliverable Orders
Orders returned to us due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to a restocking fee, determined at our discretion.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
The Dhikr Journey is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If tracking shows your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please contact your local postal service or authorities to file a report.
8. Out-of-Stock Items
We do our best to keep all of our products in stock, but due to high demand or limited releases, some items may occasionally sell out.
When this happens, we will open pre-order options so you can secure your item in advance. As soon as the product is back in stock, it will be shipped directly to you with care.
To thank you for your patience and support, all pre-order items will receive 10% OFF automatically at checkout.
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, we may ship everything together once all items are available. We’ll notify you if there are any significant delays.
9. Import Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or tariffs once they reach your country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid upon delivery. No customs on all Canada orders
We recommend checking with your local customs office for details regarding orders placed outside of Canada.
10. Returns
We gladly accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged or incorrect.
